I have a Zepto 6214W that I purchased around 2 years ago. Unfortunatly the battery that originally came with the laptop isn't working very well at all these days - it gives me approx. 15 mins battery life even on Vista power save mode.

I've had a look on the UK Zepto website and they are able to sell me a replacement 6-cell battery for around £90 excluding delivery. This is probably a bit more than I want to pay considering the laptop is now quite old so I was wondering if anyone knows an alternative place to buy a cheap, compatible Zepto 6214W battery?

    Thanks in advance!

No, there aren't any battery clones. The price is a joke and you can be sure those batteries are old and won't last as long as the one you have. I'm not going to buy another cheapo barebone again. You get what you pay for.

The 6324W is a cheapo barebone?
