Laptop 6 weeks old 6625WD Vista Business x64 4Gig Ram 2.2GHz 160G Hybrid HD
I' m not a game a game player I've attached a gif of Eve. Note clarity of milky way and the broken spectre around the Sun. Very good clarity and subties of color on screen.
My mate who is a Eve devottee
has a few words for gamers
"My general impressions were good, the screen gives a very crisp and sharp image with good definition. I was particularly impressed with the way that the light and shading effects were presented. A short bout of combat was handled well without lag and the ship models were sharp and well detailed, even down to some transparent detailing on some models that i hadn't noticed before. All in all the graphics were certainly above par compared to standard laptops i have played on.
Eve isn't a game that goes all out on graphics, like Oblivion. Although impressive to look at the developers have tried to keep things simple to reduce lag and allow the game to be played on older systems. This will all change in November when a new, visually more impressive version of the game will be released for high-end systems. Followed closely by a Direct X 10 version for the Vista crowd. I'd be eager to see what the laptop will make of this new graphic intense version."

I wonder whether the OP got carried away by his excitement and never noticed that the post isn't finished.

Either that or he's high on something !
But then again what the heck is a "stricture" ? And why is it in more than one part ?!
Maybe this post is finished. I think his brain may have overheated ;-) -

My vote goes for number 3
"Medicine abnormal narrowing of a canal or duct in the body"
lol @ the comment his eve devotee mate made...impressed with the way lighting and shading effects were displayed.
seems as if both are giving credit to the laptops screen rather then the graphics card -
an the canal or duct is in his brain perhaps...?
