    The Benq P-41 Trouble

    I'm very furious that my newly bought P41 goes to blue screen almost everytime I use the bluetooth and/or WiFi and/or IR modem.

    The message code is "bugcode_usb_driver".

    I don't know why this is happening. Please help me slove this problem.

    Below i attached the folder with minidump file in it. If you can, please help me examine it.

    note: p-41 is using Turion X2 TL-50, 256+512MB RAM, BT, WiFi, std modem

    try re-installing the drivers
    if not working back-up all your data and reinstall windows
    and i don't see your minidump file

    Hello, I also owned Joybook P41. However, mine did not come with any card reader as advertised in BenQ Global website.
    So far I have yet to experience the infamous blue screen problem. But then I have not used wifi nor bluetooth. I mainly connect to Internet through wired LAN.
    I did send some fax through its modem & again no problem at all.
    Perhaps you can update the driver. There is a newer bluetooth driver. Just google for Toshiba stack bluetooth for it. Despite of the fact that I haven't got the chance to use it, I just upgraded the bluetooth driver.
    I also upgraded the wired LAN & sound driver as well (from Realtek website)

    I can't read and analyze the minidump file. Can anybody help me with this?
