I had sent mail to ask about order internationally at your site and I had received answer that you shipped only complete laptop not barebone to international order. But today I asked that again about cost of shipping because I'll order RKC-1756 and you answered me that you didn't ship it international at this time. So confused

What cause did you not send it internationally(If you don't)

That is correct, we do not ship any barebone notebooks internationally. I answered your email this AM, we have alot of orders for this model currently and are not shipping this internationally now.

If you have any sales questions please email us, due to reseller rules this cannot be done here in the forum.

I received a email from RKcomputers saying that they suspended all the international shippings. be carefull with RKC. they are missinforming the costumers. in the website they say that they ship internationaly and that's not true. it's a lie. I cannot order any notebook if I'm outside usa.

    Why be careful??

We have been flooded with orders for this notebook, would you rather we accepted your order and made you wait or be truthful as i have and tell you we cannot accept any more international orders at this time.

We are not mis-informing consumers but being honest...............................

There may be a language barrier, when he says
The word "currently" means, right now, or at this time. He doesn't want to take your money and tell you that he can get to it, when right now he can't.

Can we try to keep the company slamming to a minimum? These guys are here trying to help too and if we scare them all off we won't have allot of good information in the future.

Agreed. What Noclue4uhere is saying is that:

    a) RK Computers has a stated policy that they ship internationally; however,

    b) at this point in time, because of the number of orders they have received for this particular model, they are suspending that general stated policy for the time being because they do not want to be in the position of having taken the money of an international customer but not be able to timely ship the system that that customer purchased.

I have to agree that, far from being misleading to customers, this is precisely the sort of detail-oriented customer service we should be able to expect from everyone, including the national brands (ah, well, so hope springs eternal :D).

yep, going to have to agree...to many folks jumping the gun with the accusation process. a simple.."can you explain this to me" would have produce wonderful results. when someone doesn't fully understand..they should get a better in depth explanation first.....

When people have a problem or a question for a retailer they should PM the retailer and do it on a one on one basis. Starting threads like this only starts flame wars.
