recent experiences please? Anything, from initial delivery on time, communications with them, to serious problems... Saw a couple of semi-positive posts recently, and a lot of posts from the last couple of years that seem fairly negative. It seems like in the past (whether this is still the case I'm not sure) the best way to get help has been to pm Zepto representatives on this board, which does not seem like a very good idea.
I believe Zepto no longer have anything to do with NU systems, who used to supply them in the UK - can a Zepto rep confirm this?
How does this now work, do they have a proper office in the UK who would fix problems?

Zepto's UK business is now run from Zepto HQ by a British person (forum member Zepto_UK). In my experience this system seems to work very well. Repairs will go back to Denmark. Shipping time should no be an issue since it's around 24 hours. There have been problems with slow turn-around in the Zepto service department but we were recently informed that this has been relocated and expanded.

Also we will soon be implementing a new contact system on the UK, DE and SE sites for contacting sales, and technical support/RMA. -
