    Hi everyone,

so it happened, my power supply adaptor died. I've been to shop to get an universal one, and after I'd showed tip to the clerk he told me there's no power supply adaptors with this specific tip. Now, I'm not able to verify this, as the all looked alike to me, and there's no possibility to return the product so finally i didn't buy it.

Anyway, where could I get it, or what type of plug it is (specific name). Any of this would do? (these are tips from the universal one I finally dind't buy)

I'm sure that a universal PSU tip that fitted an Asus W3A also fitted my Zepto 6024W. However, there's no certainty that Zepto used the same connector for the G15 / A15 but, if I were Zepto I would use the same connector so that it simplified the parts logistics.

Are you able to take the computer to the shop and try the power tips in the shop? Based on the above the 5.5 mm / 2.5 mm might fit. Failing that, universal PSUs from the big names such as Belkin or Kensington sometimes come with a bigger selection of tips or you may find a suitable tip from an electronics store.

The other fix is to buy a new PSU with the right voltage and current rating (it's on the label on the bottom - something like 19V, 4.74A) then cut of the plugs from both the new and old PSUs (the latter with some cable) and fix the old plug to the new PSU (make sure you gat the polarity right).
