I had a reflash failure on my VBI EL80 (used DOS to reflash).

For some reason it stopped 3/4 of the way
through the reflash after beeping a while it stopped. I waited about 5 mins and was forced to remove the power and battery to turn it off. :(

I know about the auto reflash with a USB floppy and the Fn-B deal, which does work because I tested it using another VBI EL80 laptop that I did NOT reflash.

The problem is the machine will not power on now, no fan, nothing. Is there anything else I could do to get this to power on besides an RMA to the reseller?

Like a jumper pin on the motherboard to clear CMOS or anything like that?

    Thanks
