    Hey folks,

I'm about to order my first Zepto laptop. However, before I commit the final no-turning-back click, there are a few things I'd like to confirm. I am planning to order the 6224W from Zepto Luxembourg.

    1) The basic configuration ships with "1GB DDR2 PC6400 - 800MHZ". Anybody knows if this is a single 1GB stick, or two 512MB sticks? And what about the "GB DDR2 PC6400 Orginal Zepto RAM" option, is it a single 2GB stick, or 2x1GB?

    2) Is the default 2-year warranty valid worldwide? Does it cover the shipping costs?

    3) Is there a dead/hot-pixel return policy?

    4) I am not an EU citizen and in fact I am going back to my home country in a month or so. Is it possible to get a VAT refund? (as far as I know, the VAT can be refunded at the airport by producing a form provided by the merchant, but not all merchants handle this form - anybody knows if Zepto does?)

    That's pretty much it... thanks!

    1. Default is 1x1GB 800mhz DDR2 Ram. The 2GB Original Zepto Ram is 1x2GB. (This info comes from Admin at www.zeptoforum.com)

    2. Yes it covers shipping costs. Atleast that is what i was told. They said (I called them) that they will send a DHL/UPS guy to come pick it up. No costs to me.

    3. Not that I have seen.

    4. I would like to know this too. Tax free refund at the airport would be great.

Yes the shipping is covered from the country you buy it in to Zepto Denmark (within the EU).
If you buy it in Luxembourg and travel to another country afterwards the shipping is normally only valid from Luxembourg to Denmark.
If that will change or other arrangements can be made is up to the sales department when they sell the laptop.
