Hi, I recently brought a Zepto and was aware of the Vista upgrade offer via their website...The Zepto website seems to have changed and the Vista basic upgrade section has gone...
Does anyone know if this is still available? They were going to post a link on the website.
Thanks

Your still entitled to the offer but as you said the website was updated and they left that part out by mistake or because the site's not finished yet.
To claim the offer you can do the following:
Step 1: Download Upgrade Option Form
Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 --> Windows Vista Home Premium (nominal fee(£10.08) – Download.
Windows XP Professional --> Windows Vista Business (nominal fee) – Download.
Windows XP Professional x64 Edition --> Windows Vista Business 64 (nominal fee) – Download.
Windows XP Home--> Windows Vista Home Premium Edition (Discounted Rate + handling fee) – Download.
Windows XP Home--> Windows Vista Home Basic Edition (Discounted Rate + handling fee) – Download.
Step 2: Ordering on the website.
Visit http://upgradeweb.moduslink.com/vista/ and order your copy of Vista.
You need the following information ready before proceeding with the order.
- (COA) Certificate of Authenticity number found on your Microsoft XP label with the Product Key.
The COA is found above a barcode in the following format, XXXXX-XXX-XXX-XXX (14 digits). - Your computers name and model number. Example Model: “Znote 2425w”.
- Laptop serial number, The long number found beside a barcode on the base of the laptop near the Microsoft XP label.
- The date of purchase for your Laptop.
Once you have ordered your version of Vista you need to write down the Order Confirmation Number on the upgrade form from Step 1 and your name.
Step 3: Proof of purchase and the upgrade form
You need to get the Upgrade form and Proof of purchase to Microsoft.
Email: email a scanned copy of the completed confirmation page and a copy of your receipt to:
[email protected] with the Subject line: Upgrade Redemption Center POP.
Alternatively there is a postal address, but I do not know it.
You can check the progress of your order by visiting the website.
Hope this was all clear and helpful, any questions dont be afraid to ask here. If you lost your receipt then you need to contact Zepto for a duplicate copy to be emailed to you. Contact details are on the Zepto website, however you should know they do this out of the kindness, they dont have to.
Good Luck!, - (COA) Certificate of Authenticity number found on your Microsoft XP label with the Product Key.

That's very helpful, StarbucK. Thanks for posting that. Hopefully Zepto updates their website to include the section soon.

The employee at Zepto that handles the new Zepto UK site is out of the office until March 9th i believe, so that's why it hasn't been updated.
