I have the 2M pixels web cam on my laptop, and I can activate it when using Skype, but I can't use it stand alone. Let's say I have an object and I would like to make a caption of it, how can I do that?

In my other laptop (XP) in My computer I also have the web cam icon and I can use it, but I don;t see an icon in my IFL90.
