So i was so fortunate to recieve my Sager np2090 on Friday, and it is as wonderful a machine as everyone has said/is hoping. However, either I'm a retard, the specs are wrong, or my backpack shrank. My friend has a dell e1505, and with a little bit of persuasion that notebook fit into my Ogio Metro backpack. Soooo, when buyin my IFL90, I compared the dimensions SEVERAL times and this notebook is considerably more trim than the dell, yet it won't fit into my backpack! So, i was wondering what everyone else is using to transport their notebook. I really love Ogio's design, since there is a completely seperate compartment for the notebook. I was wondering if maybe the Metroid, a slightly larger pack, would fit it. Any comments/thoughts appreciated, thanks!

The Jansport Exchange can hold the NP2090. The fit is tight. What I mean is that there is no free space around the laptop after you put it in and you need to slide it in while paying attention to what you are doing and help the laptop compartment keep its shape while you put the laptop in. But you do NOT need to force anything to get it in.

I use my North Face Hotshot backpack. not exactly designed for laptops but i can wrap my NP2090 with bubble wrap for protection on short trips and it will fit snugly inside. If for long distance trips where I will be using it, I just slip on the screen cover that came with the laptop.

I use Targus Feren and it fits perfectly, but for book space you get about 2 books and one 5 subject notepad without putting to much pressure on the notebook.

Also depending on book size and hard cover or not it is possible to double stack book on top of the book.

Tucano Work-out 15.4 model, and fits just perfect.
It's well padded case and still quite cheap.

Northface Surge, someone here did a review of the backpack with the Sager Np2090 in it, and I added my comments to it as well.

    Good backpack for laptops.

I had planned on getting the Ogio Metro for mine as well. If you still want an Ogio look at the Ogio Friction. That's the one I bought.

Enough room for my IFL90 AND a sleeve.
