    Hey guys,

I just saw someone mention that the delivery ETA on the 6625WD is up to around 48 days. Now, this is the same ETA on the Australia website.

Now I'm wondering if the ETA on my ordered 6625WD has changed?

Or, should I be thinking that my ETA is the 21 days I saw when I ordered?

I would guess that the first run will be limited in size, so those that ordered early will get the first 'batch' and the new delivery date reflects the subsequent 'batches'. Although I could be wrong, and everyone's order is now delayed... Sounds like something only Zepto themselves can clarify.

German website changed to 48 days also.....
Maybe the first supply of units have been sold out and 48 days is the 2nd batch?
The 6224W is still at 20 days.

    Yeah,

Hopefully one of the Zepto guys could give us a heads up on whats happening. I hope it is just a batch thing because I'd hate to be in the same boat as the guys who are still waiting on their ASUS G1 laptops here in Australia.

    Anyways,

    lol, yeah.

I have asked the Zepto contact here in Aus but since we are basically ahead one day. When he sends word he has to wait till Denmark wakes up, posts back to him and he then has to get back to me which seems to be usually pretty late in the afternoon.

So, since I see a few European Zepto people on here. I thought might as well ask here and see if I can wake up to an answer. lol :)

    Anyways, cheers.

Got it - though if you can bear the expense you could call Denmark directly. I've found both the Danish sales line and the UK one (which is also a Danish number I think, but manned by a very helpful English guy) to be responsive.

While Skyo is sleeping away I can tell you we have had a delay with the manufacturer of the intergrated webcam. We have subsequently bumped up the delivery time significantly on the websites. We dont expect it to take this amount of time but felt it was a better course of action rather than adding say 1 or 2 days . We are trying to get a first batch sent out to satisfy the customers who placed the first orders (inc petrov) .We will have an update in the morning and let the forum know.

ZUK - of course you know I ordered the 6224W, which has no integrated webcam (afaik), so this shouldn't delay my order... ;)

Your right 6224 should still be showing the same delivery time, web guys change the date before telling me so I thought it was both models until after I found out it was the webcam causing the delay.

Admin at zeptoforums.com said that the new updated delivery for the 6625 is the 15.6.2007 (6/15/2007 or the 15th of June for all you Americans :p) This is for all 6625 laptops apparently... doesnt matter when they where ordered up until now.
