    As the title suggests what is the cheapest 1070 or 1060 overclockable laptop out there. If it have a 1070 TI or 1060 TI then it’ll be fine. Just for sake saying that maximum 1k USD

    I bought a $1,000 laptop with a 1660 TI recently, it rivals 2060's and 1070's from the benchmarks I have seen.
