Any laptop SATA drive should fit. Check newegg to see what you find. Size will vary to some degree with speed.

320gb is the largest SATA drive currently available for laptop hard drives. However, newegg only has 250gb.

As David(Vespoli) mentioned, any 2.5" SATA hard drive should work. You might get some good deals since "Black Friday" is coming up soon.

Here is a dissembly guide if you are confused on how to remove the hard drive(Its pretty easy though).

And here is a video to show you how to put it back together(look around 4:43).

320gb is the largest but at the moment hitachi 7k200 200gb and seagate momentus 7200.2 200gb are the fastest ones with 16mb cache.

I'm familiar with the assembly aspect since I built this one myself.
However I'm not a fan of hitachi drives I had a couple of bad experiences with them.

hey, i wanna upgrade my hd, but which formfactor do i get?
    heres what newegg has..
    ATA-6 (25)
    SATA 3.0Gb/s (5)
    Serial ATA150 (23)
    I assume its Sata 3.0 Gb/s ... but the hel80 specs say 1.5gb/s.. hmm
just making sure before i order

I recommend SATA/150(2.5"). I dont think most notebooks can take advantage of SATA 3.0Gb(hdd will always be the bottleneck in most system when your not gaming)
