    What is your battery wear level at?

    CPU ID
    System Bios

    because i definitely take care of it...

    i get like 3 hrs of battery with my ct15 a2

    If you have had the notebook less than a year and it`s still in warranty get a replacment battery, the wear should not be higher than 10% in a year.

    Have you done a battery calibration?, if not charge the battery to 100% and then run it down till the notebook shuts down, then wait 30 minutes for the battery to cool and then charge the battery to 100% with the notebook tuned off, then read the battery wear.

    When i get a windows low battery warning, at about 10-15% of battery left, i boot into the bios and leave the notebook till the battery gets to 0% an then notebook shuts down, then charge as above.

    Be aware that doing a calibrate can kill a weak battery, so it`s best to be in warranty so you can get a free replacment if this happens, also do not do a calibrate more than every 3-6 months.

    Yes, i do all of that stuff but my battery is still dying. I'm going to live chat support with them today and see what they say
