I just wanted to know who purchased their HGL-30 from rjtech.com like I did. I need specific help with the bluetooth module, and since other companies like powernotebooks use different chips, they might not be able to help me.

You could post your question and see what others may have to say to help you.
I'd suggest you give their Tech Support a call in the meantime: 909-396-9140 -
I bought one from them. No problems, bluetooth or otherwise.

Well not only will bluetooth not work, but now my wireless wont work, the hardware switch in the front refuses to turn it on. My modem is sounding all screwy, and this is in general, pissing me off. I didnt even get a user manual when I recieved the laptop, so im hoping I can send this back or something.

The user manual is on the drivers CD.
Did you assemble it yourself? If so, I'd look at some of the connections there. If not, did it stop working or did it arrive in a non-working state?
Regardless, I would definitely give their tech support a call and discuss your options with that. They should be able to help you troubleshoot your problem.
That is not normal behavior for an HGL30 or any notebook for that matter.
Good luck. -
I'm not sure if you've done this, but RJTech ships the laptop with the bluetooth and wireless in an off state. The hardware switch can't turn them on either. You have to install and use the software switch software from the drivers CD. Then hit Fn-F2 in Windows and your wireless stuff should come on. I admit this is exceedingly weird and I've never seen a laptop with a setup like this.

I'd reformat and reinstall Windows XP. Install SP2 if it's not on your CD. Then install the drivers in the order they appear in the CD. Make sure the actual hardware switch is always in the on position.
