    I'll tell you why!!!

My notebook arrived at Zepto DK the 9th of this month, wich is more then a week ago, and they still haven't touched it!!!!

Why does it have to take so long? And what with the minor repairs that should only last a week? (or 3 to 4 days)

Is it because I said that it is most probably a motherboard issue, that they havent touched it yet because they know it only should be repaired in 15 (work)days...

Anyone from Zepto that can look into this? My RMA number is 309759.
And no, I dont feel like calling to the UK service center AGAIN from Belgium, it has cost me enough! And what will they be able to tell me more then I allready know.

    An unsatisfied customer...

Zepto seem to have a permanent backlog in their service department (which they expanded last year).

I believe they should be targeting a maximum of 3 days in the workshop. That is still 9 working days away from the user because they use the 3 day shipping.

I'm also interested to learn what Zepto are doing to improve the turn-around (the Zepto members of this forum have been unusually quiet recently).

    Checked their site today,

    Code:
    Repair finished, awaits shipment.
Im very happy with this, but still the question remains, why does it stays there for more then 10 days, with being touched? Specially as it is a simple repair.

Cant wait to get it back... UPS takes 3 days -> monday or tuesday?

Probably as the system is automated, and they don't have the different language packs installed. Yet...

Three working days. The UPS trucks don't seem to move at the weekends so it should be with you on Tuesday. You should have got a tracking number which you can use to check the expected delivery day.
