    Hi all,

I've installed Windows Vista Ultimate and then installed the bizcom drivers for the TV Tuner and it works very well in Vista Media Center.

Now i've installed a Windows MCE 2005 and the TVTuner is not detected by Media Center..

This means that the TvTuner is compatible with Media Center. But where are the drivers for MCE 2005?? I've installed the XP drivers from bizcom and on device manager it appears as correctly installed but Media Center keeps saying "Tuner not found"...

    Please help..

since i didn't got any help from here, i've contacted directly Animation Technology and they explained me how to get my TV tuner working in MCE2005.

Now it's confirmed: THE BUILT IN TV TUNER IS COMPATIBLE WITH WINDOWS MEDIA CENTER EDITION 2005.

So what did the techs tell you to do in order to enable the Fly TV-DVB T? Has it been pretty stable and reliable for you?

    Sorry for the delay..

As you will see PowerDVD and MCE_Encoder codec is the most important installment. The driver and MCE_Encoder you have it on Bizcom drivers for Vista.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    1. Please install driver:

    ftp://ftp.lifeview.com.cn/v1.031.2.000.rar

    2. Please install PowerDVD 6 or higher version.

    3. Please install encoder patch.

Please choose one from the following two versions of Encoder Full for your own Vista/MCE system.

    For Vista/MCE 32bit

    ftp://ftp.lifeview.com.cn/MCE_Encoder_Full_v1.4.3353.rar

    For Vista/MCE 64bit

    ftp://ftp.lifeview.com.cn/MCE_Encoder_Full_v1.4.7124_x64.rar

Please use downloading tool (‘Flashget’ is recommended).

Then you can use your Media Center from your operating system to receive live TV.

    Note,

    1. PowerDVD is just used as system’s patch, so you have to use Media Center bundled with your operating system to receive live TV.

    2. Please strictly follow the sequence instructed above when installing the driver and patches.

    3. Reboot your pc after installation.

    4. All those updates work only on the basis of a functional operating system. If you are not sure whether it is system error, please reinstall your operating system first.
