What's the best way for installing Windos Vista Home Premium x64.

Is it good to install the Intel Driver during the setup.
    What's the best HDD to user 100GB 7200rpm or 250GB 5400 rpm.
    2GB PC2-6400 or 4GB PC2-5300.
Any issue I need to know before installing any hardware driver.
Any issue I need to know before installing any software application.

Please feel free to fill-in the missing part and help my out to get the best out of the BTO 15W25+ (Compal IFL90 first release).

Do you have both HDD in it? I think they are about the same speed so if you need to choose, go for the 250GB

It won't ask for drivers during the installation ,you do that after

Although 2GB is okay, 4GB is cheap and will be better, especially since x64

The compal IFL is a barebone so everything (all 64bits drivers) needed should be on compal's drivers/softwares DVD.

I would pick the 250GB HD over the 100GB, the slower RPM is made up by the denser platter.

4GB PC-6400 would be ideal, the PC-6400 has better timings and lower latency parameters than the current DDR2 5300, the memory for the gamers!

250GB HDD is a great trade of capacity versus lower rpm, I still prefer 7200rpm, but since you are planning to get enough memory the HDD drive access is not longer important because the applications will be run in the RAM anyway, that's why is extremely paramount to get the best memory you can.

    I already have 2x 1GB DDR2 PC2-6400 memory installed but I am thinking to upgrade to 2x 2GB DDR2 PC2-5300 memory.
The memory support for the intel PM965 is 533Mhz up to 667MHz so getting DDR2 PC2-6400 isn't a big boost.
So I will stick with the upgrade and go for the 2x 2GB DDR2 PC2-5300.
