    Hi,

Does anyone know how to use the fingerprint reader to replace BIOS passwords on the 3415w? I have tried various tutorials and instructions, however the option to "clear fingerprint data" is not listed in my BIOS, only typed passwords. Is it because my BIOS or hardware does not support TPM features like Sony notebooks?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks.

Zepto (as far as i know) supports TPM (on my 6625wd that is)
But, under the drivers section of your model on the ftp, i dont see any TPM drivers so i dont think it will work..

OK thanks, that is a shame since it would be an excellent feature to swipe the finger to bypass the BIOs. Never mind, thanks!
