I have a U.S. mail stop that will only accept U.S. postal mail, and an Italian street address so I could probably get delivery from DHL or Federal Express. The problem is where can I order a Zepto Znote 6214W from someone who can ship it to me? Also if I buy from a reseller in the U.K. will I have to pay VAT?

Thanks in advance for any help!!

After looking over the main web site and the one in the UK I may not be able to afford it. Having to pay VAT is killing the deal for me since tax alone is about 400 Euro, and at the current exchange rate that's well over 500 USD :(

Does Italy have a VAT tax? If so how much?

I'd guess you shouldn't pay British VAT but you'd probably have to pay your own country's.

I'm no expert it has to be said.

Italy doesn't have VAT, but I was told by Gerner Petersen from http://www.pc-direct.dk/ that I would have to pay VAT if I ordered from them. If I could order from one of the British dealers without paying VAT then I'd be interested. Any recommendations?

I sent them an email yesterday about ordering one of their Znotes and so far no responce...

I may have to drop back to my second choice and buy the Asus A8Jm (can get it now) or the A8Js (when it comes out in a few weeks). Very similar specs and performance...

I emailed them about 4 weeks ago with some questions about buying a laptop - TWICE and still no reply.
