I'm very interested in the 6224w. However, I've only recently heard of Zepto let alone seen one of their laptops first-hand.
This started me wondering about build quality. It'd be useful to get some information from current Znote owners about their notebooks. Even better would be a comparison with more established manufacturers' lines. For example, are they on par with ASUS' 'budget' lines (A and F series)? Worse? Closer to the Vs and VXes? etc.
I'm not expecting aluminium-magnesium alloys or leather wrist rests, but I'm interested in the quality and durability - flexing under mild pressure, how they deal with repetitive use (i.e. over time), and so on.
I understand that, since they've only recently begun shipping, people won't know much about the 6224ws specifically, but I figure since all Zeptos are built under the same process, it's fair to assume all the laptops will be of similar build quality.

I don't if this would come under 'build quality' but according this review, the znote 6625 has a poor keyboard and trackpad.

Bit strange of a review. Thin plastic for a keyboard doesnt tell much... all keyboards are made of thin plastic. But why do they say the 6625WD is 3.3kg? Zepto lists it at 2.7kg. Also the 6625WD does not have a 1280x800 screen... what did these guys review?

Personally, I'd include the quality of the keyboard and trackpad as part of build quality.

There do seem to be some discrepencies between the review and the actual specs. It'll be interesting to see what the upcomming user reviews say about the Zepto keyboards.
For some reason, the same author ('Emil Larsen') has two reviews of the 6225WD:
    http://www.pcw.co.uk/computeractive/hardware/2189803/review-zepto-znote-6625wd
    http://www.pcw.co.uk/personal-computer-world/hardware/2189468/zepto-znote-6615wd
They both repeat pretty much the same thing. Weird :S...

Also, could the difference in weight be due to weighing with/without the battery? (I've read that some manufacturers give weights without the battery)

Some more things wrong in the review... Just so people dont get confused.

No.... It uses a normal bios. Only Macs use EFI. Vista doesnt even support EFI.

The Zepto's stream processors run at 1026mhz, the memory at 400mhz and the core at 475mhz. Atleast they got 1 out of 3 right.

Maybe the review is based on some pre-production test model?

The pro production models that Zepto Germany had, had a 1650x1080 screen. Maybe they reviewed a 6615WD and made up the rest? Atleast for the graphic card info they just used the nvidia homepage and didnt check the laptop.

I have a 6214W which is the predecessor of 6224W, and I have nothing to complain about really. It's quite sturdy
