Zepto Nexus random freezing.

So yeah, i should've known.. A problem came to my zepto.. Well.. Sometimes it just freezes like completely f*ckin random, and it's not caused by my OS or anything software related, and i can assure you that so please no suggestions at that point..

Its like the screen just freezes completely, nothing responds or anything.. Nothing happens on the screen itself either.. I've tried to run a memtest for 2 hours which said 0 errors, and i used one of zeptos utilities to test the HD, (SeaTools) and it passed even tho my hdd is samsung (will it work then? I found a same kind of software for samsung but it didnt work)

Anyway.. Do you guys haev ANY suggestions on what this can be.. im starting to get pissed..

I really want to avoid Zepto's horrible RMA service.. Seriously i need this laptop.. I've taked with Zepto support and theyre like completely friggin useless they just want me to send in the laptop.. thing is that im SURE i will get it back with the same problem, but its not like it accurs that often but once a day or two times a day is enough to me off.. alot!


Edit: Let me add that it also froze while i was at that boot menu thing, where you can select to boot from a device..

The only things I an think of are reseating the memory modules and flashing your BIOS.
These are about the only things you can do yourself which might be related to your problem.
However, if your Znote/screen locks up even at the BIOS stage, it probably needs to be fixed by Zepto.
Probably not the reply you are hoping for, maybe others have more usefull answers.

Thanks for your answer.. Yeah im afraid its only going to be fixable by Zepto Lousy company. Im gonna re-flash by bios or something, im just desperate to get it to work.. I were going to try and flash it with an older bios just for ****s n kicks but it just dont want to do that.. if anyone here knows how to flash my bios with the version before 3532, please tell me..

By reseating memory modules you mean the ram right? I need to get a special screwdriver to open up teh sh*ttop so im gonna try that tomorrow.. Let me also add that it also froze ones JUST when i opened my computer.. can this be related to the dvddrive or even the hdd? i might as well try out swapping the hdd with another one i have..

i suggest you to do not open any part of the notebook.. the risk is avoiding the warranty

 

He is perfectly fine to open it up. But he can't disassemble it. So only part he can actually do anything with by opening it is the RAM without voiding the warranty.
