Can anyone help me with placing thermal paste on my CPU and GPU of my Nox?

I need to drastically lower temps, does anyone have experience with this?

Can you suggest any other method except thermal paste, that might work? Will thermal paste work even?

Thermal paste would help alot, try MX-3 paste and maybe Notebook Cooler will help lower it even better and lastly try dusting out the dust in de system.
