Faults are inevitable even with the most careful of manufacturers. What is everyone's experience with Zepto's warranty?
Is the pickup service free? How quick is the RMA process (from pickup to return)? And so on.
I'd also be especially interested to know how it's worked for people who are not in the same country as Zepto HQ (e.g. the UK).
Also, do Zepto have a dead/defective pixel (e.g. for thirty days) warranty?

I'm from the Netherlands and I've had artifacts on my Zepto Znote 6214W!
I haven't got 'pickup and return' but just the normal warranty but the send DPD to pick it up, they fixed the problem in one day, and two days later my Zepto Znote 6214W was brought bij DPD... Superservice in my humble opinion!
Another story is that one guy on tweakers.net orderd a 6015WD (without the GO7600) because he wanted a 1680x1050 screen. At the NL-website the screenresolution was 1680x1050 in the specifications. When he's got his laptop it got only a 1280x800. After a short conversation they said that they will put in a 1680x1050 for free, so they picked up his laptop and after a couple of days he got a brand new Zepto Znote 6615WD (wth GO7600) back!!
