OK: BIOS z14I006 is up and running on my 6024W.

The most noticeable feature is that the fan comes on at 55C and goes off at 50C, so fan activity is much reduced when the computer is under light load. It remains to be seen whether the reduced flow of cooling air results in the whole computer becoming too warm for comfort.

A reminder to anyone with Turbo Memory is that AHCI and Robson support are disabled by default so you will need to enable these in the BIOS. While there I also disable the TPM support. It's a bit puzzling why the BIOS sets the 6024W to use the PEG graphics and not the IGD.

John, the reason why AHCI is disabled by default is to avoid the people with XP installed to get BSOD after updating the BIOS. About the graphic card setting, please contact our Production & Quality controller as you have his email it's easier to contact him directly. :)

Thanks. I'm aware of the need for compatibility with installations without the right drivers - we've discussed that previously. I was just reminding people who have Turbo Memory and upgrade the BIOS of the need to re-enable AHCI + Robson support (same should apply to the other Zepto BIOS upgrades).

And just a small correction to those who read my previous message. The guy that testest this stuff before release is our Product & Quality controller.
