    Hi,

    Ive ordered a 6615WD and should be getting it in the next few days. Just wondering if any owners out there can give me there thoughts on the 6615WD? A mini review maybe? Pros and cons they've noticed? Any pictures?

    Cheers

    over all 9/10

    I'll be writing a full review sometime this week but as a preview:

    Pro's
    Excellent gfx card
    core cuo cpu handles application speeds a dream and also no delay on multi tasking
    nice build quality and keyboard
    sleak design ( looks better in person than on site )
    built in bluetooth, mic, cam
    very light machine,
    good customer support ( zepto.dk not UK ! )
    easily upgradable
    very cheap for what you get
    drivers for all hardware/firmware can be easily downloaded from zepto ftp

    Con's
    Installing sound card was quite a struggle but got there in the end.
    uk representatives, nusystems.co.uk are a joke,
    battery time could be a bit more

    Really good over all

    I'll upload some pictures when I get in from work to this topic to show you the machine

    :cool:

    normally around 2'n a half hours battery life from fully charged, it can drop if your playing games or watching a dvd.

    All office applications are a breeze the load time is non existent, really is fast,

    I play alot of games and the quality is supurb, same with dvd's

    Did you order your laptop from the danish website/company branch when refering to customer support? Or did you buy from UK but danish tech support is better?

    tfc : Yeah it drops to about 1.5 to 2 hours when gaming.

    LectureUK : I ordered from the uk site but I found the danish tech support far better that the uk support.

    tfc : I'll write a ful review with images possibly on thursday

    Cheers for the response, i cannot wait to order mine as its a compromise for not having a desktop.
    Also could you say how ti fairs for gaming as I hope this will run the next generation of games i.e. crysis, C&C 3, Fear extraction point and enemy territory quake wars.

    Am I right in remembering that the gfx on this model is slower than the gfx card on the 6214?

    6214 = 450 Mhz/700 Mhz
    6615 = 400 Mhz/750 Mhz

    Find it rather strange.

    very interesting, I never noticed that. @Morten: is this a typo? Your Danish site has the video card clocked at 450Mhz...

    It look like a typo to me, afterall its the same graphics card in both laptops and considering the Danish site is Zepto's "premier" site so to speak, I'd expect that to be the most accurate. Can anyone with a 6215 confirm it runs at 450/700?
