Hello,
I'm currenty in Stockholm and decided to buy a zepto... from zepto.se
But the delivery day is :
Leverans: 22 dagar
Anyone ordered before from zepto.se?
-
You've probably ordered with penryn processor. They don't have them yet, that's why you'll have to wait
-
No i was just looking for 6224 but the price increased today..
I think only 6625 is with penryn atm in the swedish site..
But how long takes a normal delivery?
I think that zepto.se is not fully updated yet cause in denmark it's much more cheaper.. -
Probably you have chosen some part that isn't in stock, and that why it shows 22 days.
The prices on the different websites is, as far as i know, allways updated at the same time for all countries. Maby there is some discount on the danish site? The discounts can sometimes be different from country to country.
As for the penryns, they will probably be up on the swedish site during next week.
There has been quite a lot of work coming in during the weekends that combined with a smaller workforce due to cristmas vacations is cousing minor delays.
If you place an order, you will get a mail with a confirmation there the expected delivery date is noted. This is checked manualy and should be as accurate as possible. -
But i don't want a white laptop it reminds me mac and mosty it gets dirty......
Primo gusto!!
Well the thing is that i want to know when i can receive the laptop, i think this is not something extra customer service, so i can place my order.
Before zepto i was thinking for dell xps but the delivery date took me away from dell....
Actually i'm leaving for Greece in 10 days so i MUST know exactly when i can receive the order.

You could phone the Swedish customer phone number and ask the specifically about your order, If you give them your order number they can check as see if any other parts are currently out of stock which are holding up the order
-
Thx for your help guys...
I haven't placed an order but i'm going to order one today... -
Super!
Maybe just follow it up with a call, unless all parts are showing up as "Green" then it will all be in stock, Only worry if you see a red -

Yellow means not in stock but on the way. If you click on the price next to the yellow blob then you can see when that component is expected in stock.

Well everything is handled in Denmark (also the Swedish part of Zepto).
-
Btw they told me that there was a problem with the free game..
I've entered in the order form to get it without the game..
Is there any extra discount? -
Rene S - Zepto Company Representative
I've got nothing to do with sales at all
only Danish support.
-
Hehe ok then..
-
I would give them a call
The Swedish sales guys are not on here but TOFEN the fantastic technician is! -
I have no clue about discount tho, as I don't have anything with the sales to do.
-
Ok then i will call them tommorrow but the only mail that i received so far is that they have received my order and getting the info.
No order number or something like this....
PS. i've ordered it from my working company -
OOps sorry Tofen!
See edited post above -
Finally received my zepto today..
So i'm going to write a small review for a Greek tech community..
Installed my msdn e-academy version of windows xp.
Thanks for your help

Dazed and confused?
Some small things that i've noticed:
-- No manual included at least printed version.
-- No latest bios
I think that EU regulations says that there must be a manual available for all type of electronic devices. -
Is the instruction manual not on the CD provided? I cant really comment on the BIOS though -
Yeah there is a manual in digital form but i think it would be nice to have one in printed version..
Yeah i will upgrade my bios soon today.. -
Most electronic equiptment now have an online only manual now. I brought a phone last week and even that has a CD now instead of instructions
Just let us know if there is anything specific, -

As a minimum, Zepto should include a paper copy of the Quick Guide (currently available on the FTP site in some languages) which should also inform users where to find the main manual and give the address for checking for the latest drivers etc.
There may be a need for some statutory papers about safety and recycling.

The safety paper is very important if your going to sell in america, I mean, who doesnt understand this (without getting it typed):
