    Zepto repair questions

    I am going on holiday for 2 weeks in a couple of weeks and this would be the most convenient time to get my laptop repaired. Someone should be in anyway to receive it back if I am not back by then.

    How long after I arrange the repair does it normally take for the courier to arrive?

    Can I just phone up Zepto, and will I need my paperwork that came with the laptop or will the serial number do?

    Well I tried e-mailing them, but I only got the same "longer response time than normal" reply that I always seem to get. I guess I'll have to phone them up when I get the time.

    Lets put this small question in this topic.

    Tomorrow ups is going to pick up my laptop.
    Do I have to fill that service sheet and is there anywhere english version of that? (I don't understand a word of that danish sheet...)

    Already emailed about this to zepto, but they didn't answered..

    I can't help about the service sheet but it would be prudent to include a letter with the RMA number, your name and address and a description of the problem (I would put two copies - one in the box and one on the keyboard). Also put a label with your name, address and RMA number on the bottom and also on the outside of the box. Then they shouldn't have much difficulty in relating your computer to the problem which should already be on file.

    After aplying my RMA i got a link with a personal form for ups, english service sheet and some other stuff. If you didnt get it, try the live chat tommorrow. If the UK one is down, like it is most of the time, try the DK one. They are usually very friendly in helping you.
