hey, just to share my "great" support experience.

I Bought my Zepto 6625WD on the December 17th 2007 in france (using the official french reseller 3GPlus). Was really happy, 3GPlus was a good contact and I have some troubleshoot really fastly repaired.

On the 15th December 2008, computer turn off, it seems graphics card has burned (yes, the nvidia series).

    here start the story !
I try to contact 3GPlus during 2/3 days in vain... , 3GPlus does no more exist !!! so I start to search for a zepto contact, the live chat was appear to be a good idea, was offline, so decided to wait for online status... never online !!! So I search for a contact on the web, and finally find three mails contact (and the contact(at)zepto.com), so I mail them on the december 22th, no answer, then 3 days latter, then 1 day later !! Hey , answer from franck peter..

Happy me, after reading, was not happy.. It explains me this is the graphic card burning, and that my computer warranty ends on the 17th so there is nothing to do...

Then I answer to explain that, being surprised of this reaction, not really my fault if the reseller closed... 3 days later an answer is here, short answer :
They also never answer me about paying to repair too.. So my computer burn within the warranty period, no more reseller, got to contact zepto take few days (there is a weekend), then zepto refuse to consider waranty because of 2 open days, and don't want to repair it too...

Got to send my laptop to the trash so...
    great !

Don't give up. See this post in another thread.

nVidia put aside US$200M against the cost of replacing these GPUs which they know are vulnerable to failure due to a manufacturing problem.
