    Hi!

As you can see, I'm a visitor in the Zepto forums.. I'm on a quest to find out more about MXM cards, and I encountered "MXM" cards (because they are posted for resale by an official Zepto distributor in Singapore). I just like to ask if anyone could tell me if Zepto uses an MXM 2.1 regular format, or proprietary formats like Asus, Clevo and all..

Hope to get some help! Thanks in advance!

I know the 9650M GT and G130M (from the Znote G14/G15 (Zepto's own design)) has been tested in Clevo M865TU (Znote 7000), so they should be standard MXM.

You mean MXM 2.1, Type II's? Really?? Wow! This will be good news! One last thing, what vBIOSes do they have? Do Zepto notebooks have their own vBIOS or do they use vBIOSes of other manufacturers?

i think the 9650M GT and G130M cards actually comes from MSI.
I'm not the owner of one of the G14/G15 systems so i can't tell you which vBIOS is on them.

I've seen with my very own eyes a model of Acer 6930g with a GT 130M on it in a shop. So it is MXM-II type and there should be an acer bios for it.

The cards are using a generic Nvidia BIOS.
