    well it seems I got it:

    aura 0.35
    efi 32

    it was already in. But.. this ain't working good. I mean the fan should work better. Through speedfan I've been able to read temperatures of both cores and gpu.
    Core 1 & 2: 23° (celsius)
    gpu: 53°

    the fan is supposed to start (according to bios default settings) at 55°. Ok fine, but cpu, not gpu! Indeed the fan starts when the gpu reaches 55°.

    Is the 9650 gt fanless? I bet not, and i do not think that one is the gpu fan, though just the system fan that is in need to pull out hot air.

    Gpu can work at 100° without a real problem, ok maybe is too hot. But IF i set up
    "start the fan on" -> 75°
    "throttle on" -> 95°

    when the fan starts, it works at maximum speed, making a lot of noise.
    It should be slow, kinda noiseless... when the gpu run over 60°, and faster when is on 80° or more..

    do you agree?

    The thing is that what I know when you put the trip point it just controls the on/off. When it comes on it sets the fan speed according to temps.
    "Throttle on" is when the laptop slows down hardware to prevent damage (like the 8600M GT is known to throttle at 96C even if it doesnt take damage before 115C)

    That would seem sensible to me but dont quote me

    And the GPU is not fanless. Both CPU and GPU use the same fan. The fan blows out hot air.

    There is a fan for the 9650 GT - just that it shares on with the CPU.

    ok it shares it with the cpu.. but ok, it is not need to let it on for just few seconds and then stops and restart again..
