The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I thought I'd check out the latest drivers I could find to see if Elantech fixed that ridiculous scrolling issue yet. It seems to be a no-go, but while playing with the drivers, I was reminded of how nice it is to be able to move all the way across the screen with a single motion.

    Has anyone found any good solutions to the touchpad driver issue besides using the Windows ones? (not that the Windows drivers are bad... just not so good for moving all the way across the screen... using two fingers to drag is a drag.)
