what kind of battery life does it have overall?

i sold the dell because its just to big and has such a short battery life and i know the ocz is pretty large as well but i may be able to work with it if the battery life is half way decent. my dell lasted maybe an hour.. not gaming..

also how heavy actually is the whitebook?? thanks

You can get 2 hours of battery life with a p series cpu and at balanced power setting. You may be able to squeze 3 hours if you use power saver and disable few things.

With the qx I have it lasts around 1 hour 45 minutes set at balanced with 70% screen brightness. So it is not that bad at all. I assume x9100 would draw similar power.

Mine seems to run about 1:30 balanced with no outside power running a x9100.

Internet, streaming video/music, nothin crazy. But, that's also running the GPUs in max performance mode and the CPU @3.3GHz.. I'm sure it could squeeze 1:45 balanced and 2:15 power saver. Maybe. :)
