    better louder speakers in HGL30?

    Just wodering if its possible to put better/louder speakers in an HGL30. I'm not affraid to tear something appart if it'll be worth it so LMK what u guys think.

    why don't you just get headphones or spend 40 bucks and get a pair of portable speaks that plug in usb or something??

    Because that defeats the purpose of having better/louder speakers built into the laptop which means one less thing to have to tote arround :)

    lol fair enough. If you really wanted to I'm quite sure you can get your self a pair of better speakers.. though probably not louder because it is being powered by something on the mobo.

    I am not saying I'd try this but... you could probably get a pair of full size headphones, rip out the drivers, and then attach them to your notebook. Probably not going to find a pair of notebook replacement speakers though.

    If I could at least find something that could match the volume of these without the distortion that would be tops. I'd say the distortion at max volume is the most irritating to me.

    Does anyone have any clue on the voltage/amperage input on the stock speakers on the HGL30 or the HEL80?
