    Hi

I own a 6615. I have the problem that i cant't play ea games like fifa, need for speed, etc,.. on a resolution larger then 1280 * 1020.
This can't be normal cause the native resolution on ea games should be like 1600 * 1200.

I use the driver that came with the cd. I tried to download other driver from zepto's ftp, but that ftp isn't working well....

This is because the max res on the Zepto is 1650x1050 widescreen. Im afraid 1280 x 1020 is as high as you could go. Sorry

EDIT: Forgot to add that games like NFS: MW and FIFA don't support widescreen.

But you should be able to play it on 1600 * 1200 cause i can play it that way on my widescreen tft with the same reslution like my notebook...

Your monitor is NOT CAPABLE of 1600x1200, it doesnt have enough pixels, hence you cannot chose the res. Your other monitor if it can display 1600x1200, and is the same res as the laptop will eithe be cropping or interpolating the image. Most LCD monitors will not do this, this laptop is no different. EA generally doesnt support widescreen either, so you will find it hard to find EA games with a 1280x800 or 1680x1050 widescreen res.

Pff crapy EA. Other games look so nice with that resolution like Flatout etc.
Only EA games doesn't support it.
And why is that? Aren't they the biggest player on the game market?

Because they don't give a f*** about this category of customers (us). They'll sell their games anyways. (I'm not saying I approve the method)

    Try this:
Edit your link to BF2 as follows:
    <path>\BF2.exe +playerName yourname +playerPassword yourpassword +menu 1 +fullscreen 1 +szx 1680 +szy 1050

You can leave the "+ playerName...." and "+playerPassword.." thing away - it just connects to the EA-Server with your account data when you start. Important for the resolution is the "+szx 1680 +szy 1050" part after fullscreen 1. I use this link for my BF2 start and play with native resolution on my 6615WD.

EDIT: oh, do I have to mention that you have to replace "yourname" and "yourpassword" with your correct battlefield 2 account data? I guess not...
