    prossesor intel core(tm) 2 duo CPU t8300 2.4ghz 2.39ghz
    ram 4.00
    hi my cpu goes really easy to 100% and games lags easy (not high req)

    i have no idea what the problem can be but i have had it sins i got the pc

    i read lots of treads but i havent found a cure

    see in task manager which process is consuming CPU.
    it may be an anti-virus software, or even a virus

    Be shure you dont have power savings scheme enabled in your OS (Vista?). It slows your CPU down

    i use vista i have been in TM and seen no other then the game use more the 3% cpu even removed most of the things in tm
