differences in HEL80 and HEL80i (vbi)?

What are differences between those two?

Here in Croatia HEL80i
http://www.marasst.com/product-1-HEL80-CBB.htm
with (c2d 5600, 1gbram, 120gb hdd,dvdrw-dl) costs 1550USD

and HEL80
http://www.marasst.com/product-1-HEL80.htm
(apart from DVB tuner and c2d 7200 everything is the same) costs 1970USD.

So im interested if there are any significant differences in terms of build quality (especially screen)?

1. Are wxga screens on both models the same?
2. are there differences in build quality or they just have different look?
