If i order from one of the resellers in the faq will I have to compile everything myself?
-
You could, if you choose too buy it barebone (save money). Though while I know for sure the Hel80 is available barebone I'm not sure about the HGL30. Most places will build it for you though.

would most resellers put it together for you so that it'll come shipped to you looking just like a notebook you would buy at best buy, compusa, etc?
-
Of course. I got my HGL30 from powernotebooks and they only offer it assembled (well, as far as I know). I could have used mine out of the box if I had chosen to have an OS installed on it. Any other reseller that puts it together will have it delivered good to go as well like a retail notebook.

Yes, the system will come to you fully assembled. I don't really recommend you build your own as for the small amount of money you will save, you will also inherit a few problems like finding compatible parts and juggling multiple warranties.
do you have to put together your compal notebook?
