    Why would you downgrade?

Yes. Simple reflash it with 1.13. But why you want to do that?

1.16 it is the stabelest bios and if you have some kind of problems it is not because of 1.16

well the thing is, my cpu has been overheating for some time now, im almost certain its not clogging of the air outlets, so its probably fan dislocation or there is a need of thermal paste reapplication. i haven' t had this kind of issue before i flashed it to 1.16, so before i send the lappy away to tech support for a few weeks i wanted to exhaust every option i had. i can always flash it back to 1.16 once i figure out its not a bios issue, right?

i could check the fan myself, my reseller is pretty laid back on the warranty issue but ive never opened a laptop before and although i have the disassembling manual im kinda scared of breaking stuff inside.

    im open to suggestions btw.

Did you change the OS after flashing your BIOS?

taking out the cpu isn't hard. if you're handy with a screwdriver, all the accesible covers underneath are easy swaps. if you have butterfingers though, definitely leave the processor alone. ram and hdd swaps are no sweat.

The biggest risk is to damage electronic components that are very statics sensitive, if you are not well grounded you risk to break them.
