    I have a dead Cmos battery, How can I fix this, i dont mind doing it myelf, just need to know where and how and what battery to get.

    Its an IBUYPOWER, I got it from newegg

    What would happen if I never fixed it, and CAN i put a new battery in there?

    I'm assuming you have some sort of warranty on the system. This should be covered. Definitely discuss your options with them.
