    hgl-30 audio question

    Hi, i have a logitech 5.1 surround speaker system, the audio connection for the system has 3 mini-plugs, however my laptop only has 1. does anyone know where i can find some kind of an adapter?

    you could prolly get a pcmcia/expresscard soundcard.. or a usb one.. then again you can always run it just in stereo format - it's stupid actually how they put hda into stereo laptops, and then don't provide any form of hda out. :/ heh usb-out maybe? :p let us know how/if you fix it, would be actually interesting :)

    I was under the impression that the hgl 30's audio output jack was spdif

    It is.. I run 5.1 out of mine just fine. I also know people use TOSLINK adapters.
