hi, my hgl30's 80gb HD is almost full.
im thinking of buying a new, larger, *tougher* hard drive for my apps and games. :)
im thinking of a 200gb 7200 hd from seagate.
    problem is,
is the hgl30 capable of handling 200gb or is there a max limit?

I don't think notebooks have a max hdd space. As long as you can physically fit the HDD in, you should be fine.
