    is it the easy kind where you pop it in or out or is it the hard way to where you have to go through the cpu

    It is very easy to do...

    I believe both the ram slots/sockets on the (I)FL-90 are located at the bottom in a separate compartment so all you have to remove the one screw on the ram cover lid to gain access to the ram.

    Here is the disassembly guide if you need more assistance(section 5-3 in the PDF[use foxit or adobe acrobat to open the PDF]).
