I ordered a battalion 101 LX-775 with full specs about 1.5 months ago and got it right on time. Had one issue on arrival the tabs that hold the battery in were broken. Contacted them by phone and got my RMA# then I sent it back and got it replaced. I got it back fixed and since they didnt want to spend the time taking the computer apart before sending it back to me, I asked them to switch hard drives which they did and I got it back in a few days. Customer Phone Support does need some help. It is easier to get a hold of them through email. Sometimes Email is a pain as well. Ive had issues with Dells tech support as well. One thing I wish they had was chat tech support it would make it easier. The other problem I had was one that was totally my fault.

I have had my computer for around a month and a half now and havnt had any major problems with it. These laptops work great for gaming. If you have your game crash update your graphics card driver at msicomputers.com GX700. Games work excellent.

Ordering, Paying and Shipping is really good and easy.

Pricing is very good compared to Alienware/Dell and most of the other companies Ive looked into.

Tech/Customer Support could use some help.

Two Suggestions #1. I have for Ibuypower is to stay away from Metallic black laptops they are a mess. they show everything on them. Sweat/Smudges/dirt/dandruff everything.

#2. Improve your Tech/Customer Support. Add a 24/7 chat support program. Get a drivers section on your website. Make a forums for the consumer to make suggestions for your company.

If I have any major issues Ill post them here but if its still going strong in a year Ill say so.

Whats the specs on it or has it just broken down? Sometimes its the attitude of the consumer that makes issues with tech/customer support but it can be the other way around as well.

They seem to be allot better then what most people say and for the price over dell, thats my major selling point.

I would possibly buy a desktop from them. Except most likely not because I can build one for cheaper.

I actually have had a similar experience (i.e., nothing but good). I ordered an LX-775 on Christmas day, with an est. ship date of Jan. 3. In the end, it didn't ship until Jan 11, and I got it the 15th, but since then it has been ROCK SOLID (of course, this is only three days).

No complaints. It looks good, it runs fantastically, and I regret nothing. Just for yuks, I even configured a similar system at he Dell website: $600 more than I got this for.

OK, maybe one complaint. There are only three USB ports; I'd have liked a few more. That's it though.

Also, from what I read, these are barebone computers bought by ibuypower? If that's the case, where do I get the video card drivers (Geforce GO 8600GT)?

Ohhhhhh - MSI! For some reason, Nvidia ID'd my computer as a Lenovo. And yes it is shiny and black and I love it very much. :)

Id say buy one from Ibuypower, the prices are basically the same. The price of the computer is more expensive at Cyberpower-shipping is cheaper. At ibuypower computer is cheaper-shipping is more expensive.
