    I think your HDD might be down, I was experiencing similar problem, only in my case it wrote something like "Sector ID wasn’t found".
    Alternatively try reinstalling chipset driver with "-overwrite -overall" key. Or look for the device they may be causing the problem, for example here usb wifi was the case.

    Probably it need some cleaning, run spybot to remove the spywares.
