made by polish reseller California Access (CA m160s)

but screen`s and results are in english
and can help you with choice of buing this notebook
I will made English version of my site
But it`ll be done on monday (2.07.2007)

-
Congrats on your purchase
I noticed you have 1gb of ram and vista biz. i suggest you upgrade(ifl90 can handle up to 4gb with a 64bit OS but 2gb should be plenty)
And can you do some some real world benchmarks following this "guide"(i see you already did call of jurez)
http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=134274
And can you maybe comment further on the build quality, keyboard, LCD cover, heat, noise ect. -
keyboard defleckts a little bit on the middle-left side
I have the better version of ifl90 (with wsxga+ anti-glare and better battery)
for me quality is good (the case defleckts in the middle-top part of the case - next to the power on button)
LCD Cover looks very good but
it is easy to scratched it,fingerprints are visible -
i finished english version of my compal ifl90 test

what resolution did you use for the 3dmark06? 1024x768 or 1680x1080?
-
i used 3dmark06 Basic edition
in witch i can`t change the resolution
so it was 1280x1024 -
Nice job so far.
I find it intersting that the 8600m GT gets a max of 22 FPS in Call of Juarez DX10 Benchmark a 1024x748(i can understand the low fps at native res). Maybe its due to only having 1gb of ram?
Do you mind "benching" the 8600m Gt in FEAR, Lost Planet: Extreme Condition, Trackmania Nations using the above guide i linked too.

ok i will made new tests
but it could take some time couse my internet connection is slow and downloading all those programs will take some time -
That's nice; I was thinking of getting this notebook myself, tho the prices are way up compared to VBI IFL90 (about a 1000 more). DId they offer you a TV-Tuner as an option in this machine?
Maybe some pictures of the notebook itself, would be nice to see how god-awful is the CA sticker on top
Cheers,

i asked about the tuner
but mr Piotr Kierszniewski (admin of polish californa access forum)
said that it`s to expensive to shiped this tuner to Poland
I will make some photos and publish tham at my site

at about 9PM (GMT) -
well they already offer the bloody thing for about 4900zl which is a ridiculous price, 200-300zl wouldn't make that much of a difference in my opinion. DO you at least have the proper ports and minipci-e slot for the tuner card?
if you're taking them pictures, would love to see some inside pics as well from so called under the hood that is if you don't feel like opening the whole thing up, maybe then just the servicable orifices such as the ram slot and cpu/fan slot.
cheers
