    hi!
I had the same issue, but i bought the IFL90 because the Acer is hot when i use the notebook. and only the Vista ran, so when you play a game or do something hard work on, it could probably hot like hell. and I dont want to melt down my computer after a time :)
this is the main thing why I bought the Compal.
of course the Acer have got a subwoofer, but its a "nothing"... I use headsets, or a 2.1 speaker system.
and the screen resolution is an another advantage of the IFL90, I have a 1680x1050 resolution screen, and its beautiful!
IFL90 have got a 512MB memory video card, whereas Acer have a 256MB only
go and buy the Compal IFL90 :)
