It is that good that Clevo starts to have competition, the prices for their laptops are a little ridiculous. I hope the quality will stay high , but the prices will go a little down.

The m1730 has always been overpriced in my opinion.

Yeah, it always has, but you have to admit that it can hold its own with its high overclocking potential

Oh yeah, I totally forgot about that.
And also don´t forget the Light FX.
I think we can´t compare today´s laptops with just hardware specs.
There are enough people out there who are willing to pay a premium for things like light effects, special styling and brand loyalty.
This is not my philosophy but it´s a growing market that can´t be ignored.

I love the looks of the OCZ Whitebook though and I might even consider buying one and selling my 9262.

I can't really afford it. I will probably get the barebones from xotic and put in some old parts that I have lying around.
Once I've sold my 9262 I'll be upgrading it to better specs.
I'm too impatient to wait until I can afford a full blown config so I guess it's gonna be barebones for me :D

If you buy it straight from Dell, yes.
    Otherwise, I paid A LOT less than I would`ve on a 9262...

The NBR Marketplace forum here or on the Dell outlet site (if you are lucky enough to find one with the 8800m SLI).
