lol i figured it out its the smart battery thing.. wtf does thta do anyway.. do i really want it installed?? i hate things that are uneeded or just dont work well
-
arghh so what is this really for? anyway to get rid of the warning in device manager and not use the smart battery? i would personally rather have it to charge to 100% since the wife takes it with her to work everyday..
-
I'm not sure but I think is the smart battery driver. Go in the control panel and check this name on the icon's property.
-
yep it is just not sure i really want to install the driver..??? i hate extra junk that doesnt do much
-
-
but is there any systems impact??

man wish i could throw some rep your way i need to start dishing it out i guess... it tells me i cant rep you yet
-
Don't worry, I was giving you reps because your perseverance, I was not asking for rep.
-
the smart battery thing is useful if you want to extend life of battery. if you need it charged 100% everyday then i guess you don't it. you can still install it and disable it on startup.
